For personal data processed directly by us, we act as the data controller. Apple and certain third-party service providers may act as separate controllers or processors under their own terms and privacy policies, depending on the processing involved.

2. Summary of Our Privacy Practices

Color Sudoku does not require registration or an account. The current version of the Application does not contain third-party advertising and does not use Firebase Analytics or another third-party behavioral analytics service. We do not use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), and we do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Most gameplay information remains on your device. If you choose to play a nearby duel, limited profile and gameplay information is exchanged directly with the opponent's device over the local network. Purchase and subscription information is processed by Apple and RevenueCat so that we can offer, verify, restore, and manage Premium access.

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The Application may store the following information locally:

• saved games, puzzle state, notes, moves, timers, scores, and completed-game history;
• statistics, activity streaks, achievement progress, daily-challenge progress, and points balance;
• game settings, selected modes, difficulty and time-limit preferences, onboarding state, and other interface preferences;
• a duel nickname you choose, a randomly generated player identifier, and a local peer identity used to recognize the same nearby player between sessions;
