For personal data processed directly by us, we act as the data controller. Apple and certain third-party service providers may act as separate controllers or processors under their own terms and privacy policies, depending on the processing involved.

2. Summary of Our Privacy Practices

Truth or Dare: Red Panda does not require registration or an account. The Application does not contain advertising and does not use Firebase Analytics or other third-party behavioral analytics in the current version. We do not use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA), and we do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Most gameplay information remains on your device. Purchase and subscription information is processed by Apple and RevenueCat so that we can offer, verify, restore, and manage Premium access.

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The Application may store the following information locally:

• player profiles, including a locally generated identifier, player name, selected avatar, and display order;
• custom Truth or Dare cards, including the text of the prompt, card type, locally generated identifier, and creation date;
• application preferences, such as whether vibration is enabled;
