Please read these Terms of Use carefully before downloading, accessing, or using Truth or Dare: Red Panda.

These Terms supplement the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple Standard EULA”). If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, and any mandatory applicable law will control to the extent of the conflict.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• Application means the iOS software application named Truth or Dare: Red Panda.
• App Store means the Apple App Store through which the Application is made available.
• Company, We, Us, or Our means Andrei Vazhenov, Mite Ružiča 2, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia.
• Device means an Apple-branded device on which the Application is installed or used.
• Premium means paid access to additional features or content offered in the Application, which may include additional game categories and party packs, access to custom cards, and other benefits described on the purchase screen.
• Service means the Application and the game features, content, purchases, and support made available through it.
• Terms means these Terms of Use.
• User Content means player names and Truth or Dare cards or prompts that You create in the Application.
• You or Your means the individual who downloads, accesses, purchases, or uses the Service and, where applicable, the parent or legal guardian who authorizes that use.

2. Acceptance and Eligibility

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using the Service, You agree to these Terms and acknowledge that You have read Our Privacy Policy. If You do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must meet the minimum age shown for the Application in the App Store in Your country or region. If You are under the legal age required to enter into these Terms, Your parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for You and supervise Your use where appropriate.

Some categories may contain mature, suggestive, embarrassing, or physically demanding prompts and are intended only for adults. By selecting or participating in an adult-oriented category, You represent that You are at least 18 years old and that every participant who may see or receive that content is also at least 18 years old.

The Application is not directed to children under 13.
