Terms of Use for Color Sudoku

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using Color Sudoku.

These Terms supplement the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple Standard EULA"). If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA, the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, or mandatory applicable law, those terms and laws will control to the extent of the conflict.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

Application means the iOS software application named Color Sudoku.
App Store means the Apple App Store through which the Application is made available.
Company, We, Us, or Our means Andrei Vazhenov, Mite Ružiča 2, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia.
Device means an Apple-branded device on which the Application is installed or used.
Nearby Duel means an optional multiplayer match conducted directly between compatible nearby Devices using local-network and peer-connectivity technologies.
Premium means paid access to additional features or content offered in the Application, which may include Colors Mode, additional difficulty levels, Daily Challenges, Nearby Duels, achievements, statistics, and other benefits described on the purchase screen.
Service means the Application and its puzzles, gameplay modes, local data, nearby multiplayer, purchases, and support.
Terms means these Terms of Use.
User Information means information You choose to enter or display through the Application, such as a duel nickname.
You or Your means the individual who downloads, accesses, purchases, or uses the Service and, where applicable, the parent or legal guardian who authorizes that use.

2. Acceptance and Eligibility

By downloading, accessing, purchasing, or using the Service, You agree to these Terms and acknowledge that You have read Our Privacy Policy. If You do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must meet the minimum age shown for the Application in the App Store in Your country or region. If You are under the legal age required to enter into these Terms, Your parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for You and supervise Your use where appropriate.

3. Description of the Service

Color Sudoku is a puzzle game that may allow users to:
